Dr. Wei is a provider for the following medical insurance plans.  We do not participate in vision care plans.

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service.  We must emphasize that as your ophthalmology provider our relationship is with you and not with your insurance company.  We encourage you to inquire and explore your benefits with your employer or insurance carrier.  Not all services are covered benefits in all contracts.  These services are due and payable at the time services are rendered, along with your co-payment required by your insurance plan.

Examples of non-covered services may be routine vision exams, refractions (which are part of a complete eye exam), contact lens evaluations, and new contact lens fittings.  If you have questions about what is covered or not, please contact your insurance carrier.

Referrals

If your plan requires a referral to a specialist, you must bring the referral with you to your appointment.  Services cannot be provided without one.  We will accept electronic referrals.
